Its been a rollercoaster ride this year trying to graduate and finish up applications for NYU, USC, and UCLA almost done though. New Video will be dropped by mid december got various clips from youtube and will mix it up and put special effects on there. Kanye west song all of the lights will be on the video. I think the video will be hot and i will let the work speak for itself. here is the song that will be on there.

3. Lady in my life- Treatment is done may just do it next year.

Graduating and Film School

This year I am focused on film school and graduation. I am going to graduate from Morehouse College in the Fall this as a Business-Finance major this year. So mainly my focus is on graduating making all A's hopefully really just do my best. I am going to be studying for the GRE to get into Film School. Here are the top three film schools I want to get into:
1.NYU (New York University)
2. SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) in Savannah
3. USC (University of Southern California)

I want to get into NYU based on them having an MBA/MFA program in Film Producing which shows not only the creative side but the business side of Film at the same time that is my top pick I really want to get into this program. SCAD is a film school in Atanta that has a strong MFA program in film and television. USC has a strong Film Program in Film Producing to eduacate on the business aspect of film and if I get a scholarship or job to support me while going to school I will definitely go there. Overall my dad said get in where you can do say no to anyone when it comes to a good program.

New Projects

1.University Barbershop commericial- University Barbershop located in Atlanta, GA on Martin Luther King Drive One of the best Barbers in Atlanta. Also, for college students $10 haircuts.

2. Upcoming Cartoonist- He is an upcoming cartoonist that currently goes to Clark Atlanta University He has a passion for it and can draw from superman to Micheal Jackson and people. So look out for him and his contact information will be provided at the end of the video.

3. Lady in my life- Currently working on a script based on Black Love and a dedication to Micheal Jackson. Will be out this year during the fall. His name is Reggie Gilbert.

Avengers

The cast of Avengers WOW! and Director Joss Whedon (Buffy The Vampire Slayer) Man the nerd in me is going crazy. I want to be a production assisstant hopefully for this movie. I would definitely do all I can to help. So check it out.

List of Projects coming up

1. Welcome to Atlanta video- The events and Atlanta Nightlife video is already up and the complete video of this will be up this week thursday or friday one of those days.

2. Vixen: A New Life- It is based on the DC comics superhero story will be done at the end of the summer and the production for it will start this fall.

3. Comedy sketches- I have been written a comedy sketch and planned writing some more because I have been inspired by watching in living color, mad tv, some of affion Crocket stuff, eddie murphy, just comedy in general. So yeah I want to start on this one comedy sketch real soon. Also heard Jamie Foxx will have his own comedy sketch coming out maybe I can catch his attention by filming some stuff but we will see. Be on the lookout though.

Upcoming projects

Writing a treatmentfor this alot it is going to take time for this. It is a short film. For the vixen and nick fury these are non-profit films and just doing it to hone my craft as a filmmaker. So it is coming soon.









Quincy Jones biography movie already writing a treatment as we speak. I want this to be my first movie so I am constantly working on it.





















Treatment is coming together and will finish the script hopefully real soon. It will be a youtube series.

Crazy times

Man its been crazy it all started on thursday. When my car engine got hot and then it messed up first it was when the car ran out of gas and it stopped on the middle of the street and then had to walk to the gas station to get gas for it and tried to wait for the engine to get cool also I put water in the engine. Then by waiting for the engine to get cool and then later all of the sudden the car couldn't start and I could not turn on the hazard lights. Had to wait three hours for the tow truck to come pick the car the car to take it back to the apartment. The whole thing just drained me emotionally and mentally so it was crazy. Well I am going back to watch Game 6 of the Lakers winning so more blogs coming later.

A good Tv Show

Undercovers is about a married couple who are retired agents that currently run a successful restaurant and are called back to action to take on a mission together. It comes on NBC this fall.

Still rewriting

I am still rewriting the Vixen script I am new to this screenwriting thing. I am writing a treatment and looking at other screenwriters like George Lucas star wars treatment to use as a format. So I am starting from scratch and will start filming real soon. Stay tuned.

Revising 1st episode of Vixen

Doing some revision right now for my youtube series Vixen that will out this summer so be on the lookout plan on going to borders today to do some revisions. I am new to this writing thing so bare with me. Also, I will not be looking to make a profit off of it I am doing it to not only advance my skills as a filmmaker but I am a fan of the character thats it.

Vixen is an african-american superheroes well now in the DC Universe that is a well-distinguished member of the Justice League of America. She was born in African and moved to America to establish a successful modeling career. here is a link to wikipedia page for more information:

Almost done

Been working hard on this video for like I believe almost all day I have been trying some new effects so I hope like I believe it is going to be a hot one. I have been working very and hopefully it will pay off so stay tuned.

Innovator Films is the name of my production company that does feature films, short films, commercials, and music videos. Hi my name is....

I know the blog title sounds like silm shadys song. But no my name is Thomas Hulon Turner but all my friends, family, and associates call me T.H. I was born and raised in wichita, kansas and currently i live in Atlanta, GA. I am a senior at Morehouse College and will be graduating in the fall. I know you are wanting to ask how did i get into film and why do you want to be a filmmaker. Well the answer to both questions is I started my sophomore year fall semester doing a video for the producer's boot camp for an organization in the AUC (Atlanta University Center) called 4 Reel Productions. The video is called Brinks as seen below:

Brinks- A young African-American woman who is trying to graduate from College but faces financial problems. So, for her to meet her
financial problems she comes up with plan with her friends to rob a Brinks Truck which contains $18 Million.
The Movie Trailer idea was inspired by heist movies like Oceans Eleven and Dead Presidents.


Also I have done a commercial for my father Dr. Anthony J. Turner who is also a Morehouse Man and a dentist that owns his own practice Wichita,KS. As seen below:

I am currently developing scripts as we speak for feature films, short films, and youtube series. Also, I am working on a video for a local business as we speak that I will upload real soon.

The things I doing is hanging out with friends, watching movies, helping out in my community, reading comic book novels, and books related to the movie industry or anything educational, talking to beautiful women, and writing. So stay tuned for videos from me.
